Insurance effective date

Only include carriers whose active/pending insurance filing has an effective date in this range. Filings are joined from the FMCSA ActPendInsur feed. Leave both blank for no insurance filter.

Email quality

The census stores a lot of junk in the Email field (blanks, "NONE", missing TLDs, etc.). Turn this on to drop rows whose email is blank, malformed, or a known placeholder. Only takes effect when Email is one of your selected columns.
